Muladhar Chakra

The Muladhara Chakra is the foundation of body energy.  Muladhara is made up of two words Moola + Aadhaar. Where mool means root and aadhaar means foundation. Nowadays people think that Muladhara is the lowest chakra, so it is not so important. Anyone who thinks that there is no need to pay attention to the basics is surely in delusion. Just like the foundation of a structure is most important, similarly, Muladhara is the most important chakra. When we do yoga, we focus on the foundation more than anything else. Because if you have asserted and stabilized it, building the rest becomes easy. If we try to erect a building with a weak foundation, it will be like a circus. This is what has happened with human life. To put yourself in a state of balance and peace today is a circus for most people. But if your core is strong, then come life or die, you will stand because your shadow is strong and we can fix the rest. But if the wound is wobbly, then the concern is natural.

The Muladhara Chakra is the first chakra in the chakra concept of tantra and yoga practice. It is located at the base of the Anutrik. It is believed to set the boundary between animal and human consciousness. It is related to the unconscious mind, in which the deeds and experiences of past lives are stored. According to the principle of Karma, this cycle determines the future fate of the creature.

A mysterious power resides within the human being. Which is hidden in deep cover. Which is moving around in Muladhara Chakra like Sarpari. Man has discovered this power within himself through research over thousands of years. This power continues to shine within the human being from the root chakra to the brain, and this power is connected to the universe. The whole universe is connected with a cycle. Which is called Sahastrahar Chakra. There are seven types of seven chakras in our body. Thousands of types of powers and many types of experiences are hidden in each cycle. Which cannot be described in words. If the seeker awakens this power, then his life starts changing and this energy that operates the entire universe starts descending slowly within the human being and the seeker becomes its master by connecting with the vast existence. Out of our seven chakras, Muladhara Chakra is a divine chakra. To awaken it, we should awaken this great attachment in the company of a good teacher.

Muladhara Chakra Location

Muladhara Chakra is located near the last bone of the spinal cord or the head of the anus or says that it is located just below the spinal cord of the human being. Because of this, it is also known as the root chakra. It is the first of the human chakras and has an integral connection with the physical body.

Muladhara or basic instincts are related to instincts, security, survival, and the fundamental potential of human beings. This center is located between the genitals and the penis. Although there is no end here: there is no secretory organ, it is said to be licensed from the gonadal and adrenal media and it is responsible for dying or killing when the existence is in danger. There is a muscle in this area, which controls ejaculation in sexual activity. There is a parallelogram between the sperm and the ovum, where the germinal code and the virion spiral remain. The symbol of Muladhara is a lotus with red color and four petals. Its main theme lies in sex lust, longing, and passion. Physically Muladhara controls sensuality, mental instability, stability in the sense of pleasure, and spiritually a sense of security.
