Anahata Nada = unlimited, infinite sound

The Anahata Chakra is one of the most beautiful and richest Chakras and invites us to dwell longer in its inexhaustible treasures of delightful feelings and experiences. Anahata Chakra is located in the region of the heart, in the center of the chest, and this is why it is also known as the Heart Centre. And it is not without reason that the heart is regarded as the symbol of love, for the Anahata Chakra is the seat of love.
Anahata Chakra is the back of sound (Naad). Concentration on this chakra can develop a person's talents as an artist or creator. From this cycle comes the power of determination, which helps in fulfilling wishes.
Anahata Chakra is located in the middle of the chest near the heart. Its mantra is Yama (YAM). The color of the Anahata Chakra is green. The corresponding element is air which represents freedom and expansion. This chakra promotes a consciousness that develops boundless compassion

Anahata Chakra is the back (place) of the soul. The symbol of the Anahata Chakra is a lotus with twelve petals. It symbolizes the divine qualities of the heart such as ecstasy, peace, orderliness, love, cognition, clarity, purity, unity, compassion, kindness, forgiveness, and certainty. However, the heart center is also the center of feelings and emotions. Its emblem is two asterisks in the form of triangles overcast. The top of one triangle points up and the other points down. When the energy of the Anahata Chakra flows toward the spiritual consciousness, then our feelings reveal devotion, purity, God's love, and loyalty. However, if our consciousness is immersed in the realm of worldly desires, then our emotions become confused and unbalanced. It is then that desire, hatred-jealousy, indifference and frustration overwhelm us.

Concentration on the Anahata chakra can develop a person's talent as a writer or poet. The second power that emerges from the Anahat Chakra is Sankalp Shakti, which is the power of wish fulfillment. When you wish to fulfill a wish, concentrate it in your heart. The more pure your Anahata Chakra is, the sooner your wish will come true.

The symbol of the Anahata Chakra is the animal kuranga (deer) which reminds us of extreme attention and vigilance. The deities of this chakra are Shiva and Parvati, symbols of consciousness and nature. In this cycle, both should become one in harmony.
